      I’ve create a playlist and added a couple videos. I’ve saved it, but when I go to play a video, it shows the loading wheel, but never actually loads or plays a video. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you solve it?

      Hi mosquedaoscar,

      Just taken a look at this for you the video does load eventually but you are trying to play a 1.3GB video through the browser any player would struggle with playback for such a large file your browser will be trying to download the video because it is a mp4 file so the player will be using progressive download streaming.

      I would suggest encoding your video to hls.

      Or encode your video with handbrake with web optimised set and H.264 encoding settings.
