      Hi

      Getting the following error when I try to click on a link on my website:

      S3Bubble
      This website is not listed as a connected website. Please add this website url to the connected website section in S3Bubble.

      I have checked ALL settings on S3Bubble as well as in wordpress (S3bubble Oembed) and everything matches … only one website registered and correct App Access Key entered in the wordpress plugin… site was working perfectly yesterday … only experiencing the issues since this morning. Website is thebox.pk for those that wish to check.

      Yes, this is part of our new setup we will have videos tutorials updated this week.

      You need to login and head to this link.

      https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/apps

      Then add the url to the website that you would like to use S3Bubble media player on.

        I have done this but still get the same error …

        infact now get a further error after the previous one … the page loads with the websoite link error then a few seconds later get a black screen with a cross in the middle and message at top reading:

        The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

        As mentioned previously the site was working perfectly since this morning .. so something is wrong at the S3Bubble end.

        Can someone access my settings and check what could be wrong because for the life of me I can’t find anything wrong.

      OK got it sorted … where it says to enter the website address I was entering http://www.thebox.pk … should have been entered http://thebox.pk so without the www bit of the url …

      lol glad all sorted now .. thanks for the help
