      This may seem like a dumb question, but I am trying to encrypt pdf document files with a link. Am I able to do this. I just followed your first video and I got to the point of uploading the document. I uploaded it but when I went into Media (like he does with the .mov, it opens the file. There is no encryption. Thoughts?

      Hi mmousaw,

      We do not support encrypting .pdf files we have no setup for this.
