      Hello,

      I am trying to add thumbnails to .mp3 files.

      I go to the file > Poster > Upload. When it finishes upload it say “Awesome – refreshing …” and the page refreshes. Sometimes the thumbnail shows, sometimes it doesen’t. I use the same file as the thumbnail.

      Why does this happen?

      I have solved the problem.

      For anyone else having this problem:

      Thumbnail didn’t show for files which had unusual characters in their name on S3 server. Characters as “, Č, Š, Ž … 🙂
