      OK … just managed to get round to the latest theme update (29th March v3.9) … a few issues:

      issue 1: The Slider/Carousel which shows “sticky” items has a s3bubble url listed under the title .. how do I get rid of this?

      issue 2: When I select a movie to play it no longer plays .. all I get is a blank screen .. tried in firefox and Internet Explorer browsers.

      issue 3: Thumbnails/cover pictures are all over the place (size wise) .. is there anyway tha these can be set to a standard size? this issue is more transparent when you select a genre from the genres menu and you see all movie covers appear of movies within that genre … but as you will note they are different sizes and not uniform .. which makes the site look very disorganised.

      issue 4: Is there anyway a script can be embeded either in the s3bubble dashboard or within the s3bubble plugin on wordpress that would automatically “grab” video files from a particular bucket?

      issue 5: I have had my account wth amazon for quite a while now and have alot of content within exisiting buckets that have been setup … however the configuration may not be 100% complient with the s3bubble setup … what is the easiest way to transfer the content from my exisiting buckets to a bucket that is created using the automated process available on the s3bubble dashboard? that way ensuring all permissions etc… are complient with s3bubble usage.

      lol … hope this isn’t too much and hope to get things sorted asap.

      Hi iaccess,

      We have applied some new updates moving forward I would revert back to a previous version if you still need that functionality.

      With the version, you are using now.
      1. You no longer just add the url to the description this didn’t make sense and was a waste of the content area which can now be used to add synopsis information links to artists search etc see here. http://streamiumtheme.com/. You can now just paste the url into the sidebar for your video.

      2. The above is the reason you video is not playing you need to paste the video url into the sidebar custom field.

      3. Thumbnails we suggest installing this plugin https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ run it once to regenerate your thumbnail sizes.

      4. The easiest way to bulk transfer your content is to use the AWS S3 interface not S3Bubble go to Amazon Web Services select your Bucket then click the check box at the top to select all your files click more copy and then paste these into your new bucket.
