      Hi,
      I just installed S3Bubble and I’m not happy.

      it defaults to 720 quality which makes the video really blurry. It actually stays there on the blurry setting for the whole video.

      When I force it to go to 1080 through the settings, it gets clear and there’s no buffering.

      I don’t want my viewers to have to go into the gear and change the setting.

      how can I make it default to a higher quality, and then if they need to lower the quality they can?

      Hi mayogalivingllc,

      If you not happy then maybe look around for another service that suits your specific requirements.

      Does the JWPlayer have the same results?

      Go to your video in the S3Bubble dashboard and click JWPlayer top right

      Thank you for that suggestion.

      Will the view still be able to select a lower quality if I start it at 1080?
