      Hi all,

      my name is joseph and i am new to S3 bubble. i have went through your video concerning how to use the elastic transcoder. however, the output video which was transcoded could not show when i press the “go to media” button. have i done anything wrong? or is it my video are of very high bit-rate?

      it would be a great help if anyone can enlighten me on this. Thank you so much!

      Hi josephkhong,

      I have taken a look into this and I think the issue is because of the space within your filename.

      Sec2EMaths_Proportion Q1.mp4

      Can you please rename (you can do this directly within AWS S3) please remove the space and re-encoder.

      Please let me know if this resolves your issue.
