Hello,

I am trying to set media encoder in s3Bubble. I have set up the roles and when I try to encript the file, I get the following error: [curl] 6: Could not resolve host: elastictranscoder.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com [url] https://elastictranscoder.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/2012-09-25/pipelines I have tried to find the solution by myself, after some research I still couldn\’t find it. What seems to be the problem here and how can I fix it? Thank you and best regards,

Hi Alex,

The reason you are seeing this error is because the elastic is only available in the following regions.

http://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/rande.html#elastictranscoder_region

You will need to create a bucket in one of these regions to use the transcoder.
