    I have the 1 website I added to my plan 4 months ago, not I am trying to add a new website but your system is saying “You cannot add anymore websites according to your current plan please upgrade or remove current website and add again to change.”

    I no longer have a website so why is the system asking me to upgrade, I have paid via PayPal for 1 website for the past 4-5 months but I have not been using the system, now when I come to use it I come across this nonsense!

    Please sort this out

    What I meant to say was “I have removed the 1 website I added to my plan 4 months ago”.
