      There is no buffer indicator when the video lags. it looks like the player has locked. My clients are complaining that the videos are not working. Do i need to switch to another player.

      Hi Themana,

      Are you using WordPress 5.0 if so why don’t you try using the WordPress player see if you get better results?

      Plus you won’t get charged for usage.
