Problem – In android devices

Hi,

It’s the 3st time that I am trying to have an answer from your support (2times by mail without any answer) and now by this way i hope now you will can help me.

So my problem is when i want see my videos in my android devices the video begin but just got the sound and then 30 or 45 seg after will arrive the image. I tried in diferent android devices and all have this problem. Just to tell you that in all others devices like apple or normal computers its runing corrently. Can you help me with that please?

As well the second problem is My videos was encoded in 5 qualitys (1080p, 720p 480p 320p or 240p). When i try to change the cality of the video i just have the posibility to see the 720p 480p 320p or 240p but its missing the 1080p can you tell me why?

Can you try now, we don’t seem to be getting the error you have describe but have applied a new updated that may have resolved your issue.
