Hi,
On both Mac and PC, when we choose ‘Start Encryption’ a dialog box opens asking “(HLS) Adaptive Bitrate” or “Other Options”.
BUT after choosing either one, the dialog box disappears and nothing happens. The next dialog asking to choose our bit rates never opens. We are unable to submit new Elastic Transcoder jobs.
I thought maybe we needed to delete the Pipeline and create a new one (since our Pipeline was generated back in January and maybe was getting outdated?). But when I try to delete the Pipeline… after choosing ‘Delete’, again, nothing happens.
I’ve tried using Chrome on Windows, Edge on Windows, Safari on Mac. Chrome on Mac.
Please advise 🙂
