      Hi, I dragged and dropped a jpg file on the first video that shows up on a playlist of videos, but the thumbnail don’t display. Any ideas?

      Hi John,

      It looked like you hadn’t set the thumbnail for the first video within the playlist, i have updated this for you.

      I would suggest using the search to find the specific video we have also made the admin clear to find files with long names.

      Also here is a video on how to set a global thumbnail for all your videos this can be your company logo.
