I’ve created a video playlist and inserted into my site … however when the playlist is accessed an error message is shown on the player saying:
“The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
I can access the playlist files from the drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the player and when I select a file to play it plays it fine.
My issue is the eroor message that initially appears as it can be off putting for the user/visitor … if there needs to be a message here can it be something that points the user/visitor to the drop down menu or even just list the files in the playlist for the user to select what to play from the go.
