Specs -> AVC, SD, 30 fps, 1 pass quality= $0.0075 per min (Basic tier)

Price for 3 SD bit rates(270p, 360p, 540p) => $0.45 X 3 = $1.35

Specs -> AVC, HD, 30 fps, 1 pass quality= $0.015 per min (Basic tier)

Price for 1 hour    => 60 minutes X  $0.015 = $0.9

Price for 2 SD bit rates(720p, 1080p) => $0.9 X 2 = $1.8

Price for SD + HD => $1.35 + $1.8 = $3.15

Price for 10 videos => $3.15 X 10 = $31.5
