MemberHi, The audio player is not loading fully and not playing. Here’s a link for you to check: https://heaven-on-earth.co.uk/?page_id=1101
Could it be a caching issue? Using Zencache on WP with Themify framework. Thanks

KeymasterHi chrissell,
There seem to be a lot of errors been outputted via chrome.
Please see image below.
This maybe due to using a minify plugin try disabling the minify setting, most plugins like S3Bubble should already have minified their css.
Let us know if this helps.
Best Regards

MemberI notice that when I go to the S3Bubble control panel and click on any bucket it tells me: This source does not contain any objects why not upload some. Then when I open any folder it starts loading as if for the first time. Is this the source of the problem?
Best wishes, Chris -

KeymasterHi Chris,
Can you contact your web hosting i think the output is related to your hosting please see this link and a response below. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/http-error-couldnt-connect-to-host
Hi there,
This would indicate that the plugin is unable to connect to the MailChimp API server. This is a webhost issue. You should ask your webhost if they have a firewall that could be blocking remote requests to https://api.mailchimp.com. Also, they should have cURL updated to the latest stable version.
Hope that helps, good luck!
Keep us updated.
Best Regards
Sam

MemberStill not functioning. I’ve deleted the Mailchimp signup plugin in case that’s implicated and reinstalled standard S3 Bubble.
This is what was done at TSOHost:
Hi Christopher,Thank you for contacting us!
I upgraded the php version to 5.6 and it should be working now.
Our cloud does not block such activity, so could you check now?Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Adriana
Hi Christopher,
I have changed the permission of the files.
All is good on our end, I can assure you.
You might need to contact the plug-in developers for this issue.

MemberResponse from TSOHost:
Hi Christopher,
Could you ask the developers of the plug in to make a php.info file for this test file.
Then we will make a php.info file for the hosting we provide, see what are the differences and try to correct them.
Thank you!
If you need anything else, please feel free to contact me.
Kind regards,
Adriana
Thanks,

MemberHere’s the latest response from my webhost:
Hi Christopher,
I do not see much difference between the two files.
Could you ask them to take a look at those:
https://heaven-on-earth.co.uk/info.php
and tell me if something needs to be changed.
I will change it then.
Thank you!
Kind regards,Adriana
Thanks, Chris

MemberHere’s the latest from Tsohost – two replies
1. I don’t think the settings recommended by S3Bubble support can be changed that easily on the server, but I am going to escalate the issue so that our server administrators can take a look and advise what can be done.
Once they have news on the matter they will get in touch with you.
2.Opening your website using Chrome Dev Tools, the error message when trying to play the media is:
Object {type: “e_url_not_set”, context: “play”, message: “Attempt to issue media playback commands, while no media url is set.”, hint: “Use setMedia() to set the media URL.”}
VM48 ?page_id=1101:1198 e_url_not_set
Could you please contact the plugin support and provide them with this error.
Thanks, Chris
