      I’m getting “Amazon Elastic Transcoder was unable to generate a data key using the KMS key ARN” when I try to transcode files… it worked at first but no longer works in the same bucket with same pipeline. Any ideas? Thanks!

      Hi inspireflix,

      We sometimes get this issue it is normally resolved by creating a new KMS key then creating a pipeline with the new key.

      Thanks for the quick response!

      You mean -> Dashboard -> Custom Setups -> Create Setup ? This means a new bucket too right?

      Hi inspireflix,

      No need to create a new bucket just delete the current pipeline attached to the bucket.

      Create a new key here in the same region as your bucket. https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?region=us-east-1#/encryptionKeys/us-east-1

      When you have created you new key go back to your bucket (In S3Bubble) click actions and create new pipeline select your key you just created.
