      Hello,

      We are currently selling a video tutorial through our site. Streamed using s3bubble and AWS. I’ve encoded into all the rates I was able to. We have had one or two complaining that the video is buffering a lot, with one person say all they saw was a white screen.

      Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot or fix this?

      Hi Graeme,

      Was their connection lost?
      Did their internet switch connections?
      What was their connection strength?
      We’re they watching on mobile or desktop?
      Did their connection work on other sites?
      What browser were they using?

      Can you send a link to the specific video so we can re create this issue.
