Cannot Connect Website

401 Request failed. This website (https://www-mprti-com.filesusr.com) has not been added to S3Bubble!
make sure your website has been connected in the S3Bubble connected website section.

Hi Mo,

For a Wix website you need to add the url shown in the error as your connected website not your main website url due to the nature Wix contains external sources.

Change your connected website to https://www-mprti-com.filesusr.com/ And it will work.

I am trying to connect another website. I have deleted the one already there but it is still failing to delete.

Kindly help. I need to remove http://gopes.tv and add http://video.gopes.tv

I am also experiencing this issue. I had a type o on the domain when I added it and I tried to delete it but it is not deleting.

Now I am locked up unable to continue setting this all up.

Kindly point me in the right direction of how I can get that domain that I have added deleted.
