      when trying to encrypt audio files (mp3) it is throwing error .

      Hi Zawan,

      Please see the output details column under the transcoder page.

      Amazon Elastic Transcoder was unable to generate a data key using the KMS key ARN

      This probably means the key you are using to encrypt your audio is in a different region, make sure you use the encryption key in the same region as your bucket.

      You can have multiple keys so you can create another key for each region you just need to switch the dropdown before you encode your media else you will get the error listed above.
