      Hi,
      One of my users have such error on the videos.

      Hi szmek9,

      Was their connection lost?
      Did their internet switch connections?
      What was their connection strength?
      We’re they watching on mobile or desktop?
      Did their connection work on other sites?
      What browser were they using?

      Can you send a link to the specific video so we can recreate.
