      Hi Sam,

      I do get a failure message at Firefox 55 (macOS High Sierra) that says after some seconds of playing: Error

      There is a connection. Do you have an idea, what the problem might be?

      We cannot see any issues here tested on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

      Hi Marc,

      To resolve this issue you need to do the following.

      Go to your CloudFront Distribution you are using (In AWS).

      https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudfront/home

      Click the id you are using then select behaviors.

      Check the Default and then edit.

      Under Cache Based on Selected Request Headers select Whitelist and then add Origin and then save.

      Then in S3bubble https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/cloudfront on the same Distribution click clear cache.

      Everything will be back up and running then.
