floating player problem

after the update i noticed the players are floating (ie it is visible at the lower right corner even when we scroll down a page). but this is a huge problem if i add more than one player . how to stop player floating or make only the player which is playing to float.

try scrolling the page up and down when you play an audio, you will notice the problem

the player also forces the page to skip to make the player at exactly in top position. try scrolling the page slowly and it will skip to make the second player exactly at top. how to stop this

Hi Zawan,

This issue is almost certainly the fact you are using the old plugin with the new one creating multiple js files.

I would remove this one (s3bubble-amazon-s3-audio-streaming) and use the (s3bubble-amazon-web-services-oembed-media-streaming-support) plugin for everything deactivate the other one.

if i remove the old plugin will the player added through old plugin still works??

Hi zawan,

We think we know what the issue might be can you try the following.

Go to your CloudFront Distribution you are using (In AWS).

https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudfront/home

Click the id you are using then select behaviors.

Check the Default and then edit.

Under Cache Based on Selected Request Headers select Whitelist and then add Origin and then save.

Then in S3bubble https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/cloudfront on the same Distribution click clear cache.

Everything will be back up and running then.
