      Hello,

I’ve added a .mov file to my s3 bubble account. It’s behaving strangely though. When I click on View Media it goes to the address https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/, whereas on my other file in my account View Media goes to https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/single_video/s3bubblesweethearthair/FrenchBraid.mp4.

      What have I done wrong?

      Thanks for your help,

      Graeme

      Hi Boxwell
If your .MOV file is not an MP4 or H.264 (if it’s a ProRes, Uncompressed mov, etc.) cloudfront cannot handle it for playback.

They only support MP4 or H.264 encoded media (or HLS Streams).

      Best,
      James O’Malley

Thanks for the response James 😉

Yes you should be using .mp4 format you can encode using the Elastic Transcoder, or alternatively download handbrake its free and you can then encode you .mov file to .mp4.

      Best Regards

      Sam
