Not playing on desktop

Hello,

I’ve integrated the S3Bubble plugin on my wp site.

If I set rtmp streaming type, videos are not playing on desktop but mobile is fine.
If I set progressive type, both are playing well

Please, test on mobile and desktop both

I am out of the office at the moment but can you try these few things to give us some move information to resolve your issue.

Also its important with RTMP

Heads up! RTMP streaming will only work with files that do not have spaces in the filenames, and ideally are all lowercase. Please check your filenames.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

The uploaded file is Big_Buck_Bunny_Trailer.mp4 that you recommend before on other post.

And I have set up plugin according to the documet twice (other plugins were deactivated)
