      My client has a membership site where members pay for video content. There are several videos on the site but one video is not playing on the site or here in the s3bubble dashboard – superstretchencoded.mp4 in the move_cloudfront bucket. Permissions are set correctly, the video was encoded, all other videos play.

      My client just upgraded their membership here yesterday, we must get this issue solved ASAP as this video is part of a workout series that involves a new challenge everyday. Right now, several members are threatening to quit.

      Please advise ASAP.
