Poster and 240 HLS not showing on video

I’m using HLS and I’ve encoded 720, 480, 360, 240 on some of my videos. But although I can see the posters withing the folders, there are no options to add it, nor does it load automatically. Also, the 240 option doens’t show up on the player.

An example is the one you can find on the following location within my bucket:
#/single_hls/starlingacademyofmusic/Ledjane%2520Motta%252Fled_24%252Fencoded-02-18-13-sat-may-2017%252Fencoded-02-18-13-sat-may-2017.m3u8

Hi verbomedia,

I think the issue is with your presets your system still seems to be referencing the old ones i have deleted and recreated them your folder structure should look like this.

Hi Sam, even my videos with this folder structure don’t show the posters. What could be wrong?
