      Was having problems with buckets loading on my site so I turned off all plugins until I found the offending plugin. Once I turned Yoast SEO off, S3Bubble works again like a charm.

      I’ve scoured search but I can’t find a thing anywhere about this plugin conflict or how to fix it. I can’t just never use Yoast SEO again.

      Any help on this issue?

      Just looking at their forum briefly this looks like a common issue that they need to get fixed as it is causing issues with looks of other plugins, and the more people letting them know hopefully the quicker they will release a update with a fix.

      UPDATE: Turns out my Yoast SEO Premium plugin had failed to auto-upgrade and i was a few upgrades behind. Once I upgraded the Yoast plugin to the latest version, all is well.
