We did everything according to your video on subtitles ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCAqCw9ko7s , https://s3bubble.com/documentation/multiple-language-captions/ ), but do not get any subtitles shown. We have the subtitles button after we generated and uploaded the webvtt file, but when we switch the subtitles on nothing happens, even after refreshing many times. No subtitles appear as the video plays. Thank you to rectify this.
