      I’m getting a new error today, things were working fine.
      “Connection timed out after 60000 milliseconds. Stats Memory usage: 10.25 mb. Max execution time: 1800. Please contact support@s3bubble.com this error is normally related to a hosting issue..”

      Do you have a specific IP or hostname being used to connect that I could whitelist? I will also check addition now.

      That would be IP 52.2.195.253 which is not blocked on the server. Any other suggestions?

      Sure can I do this privately?
      Site isn’t live so I’ll need to give you admin access.
      Also I just deleted the plugin and reinstalled from wordpress repository and got Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds when trying to save set up details.

      I switch over the api url seem your hosting maybe blocking s3api.com url.

      Can you contact your hosting and find out why they are blocking it who do you host with?

      Several days ago we were getting a TON of abuse from Amazon EC2 IP addresses so we blocked their entire network. That block was removed, and the blocks are supposed to be refreshed hourly, but another server *was* in fact still blocking 52.2.195.253. I’ve manually refreshed the blocks and that is no longer the case.

      Sorry!

      We were looking at the wrong server when checking for the block.
