video control bar dissappears

Hi. I’m serving my videos from S3 through S3bubble to my WordPress site with the plugin. Each video is using the single video player code and I have download as NOT an option but auto play is turned on.

When the videos on each page are loading, I see the play/pause, volume and re-size to fit screen buttons in the control bar at the bottom of the video, but when the video finally starts playing, they all disappear and are no longer available to the watcher. What have I done wrong to make them disappear? How do I fix it?

Hi Tracy,

This is default functionality for the player so the whole video is viewable after the videos starts normally fades out after about 5 secs.

Our default player is the same please see.
