      I’ve created a post with a single video shortcode. The video plays when you click the play button, but the player does not grab the first frame (or any frame for that matter) to display in the player. All you get is a ugly black rectangle until you hit the play button. What can be the problem?

      However, I wonder why it does not even produce the standard cloud image…
