Videos not loading on Internet Explorer

Hi,

I have embedded 300+ videos to my website using the S3 Bubble embed code. However, none of my videos are loading on Internet Explorer. This is a major issue as most of our customers use Internet Explorer and cannot view our videos. Videos are loading up for Chrome and Firefox. Can you explain why they don’t work on IE?

Can you supply us with the following
1. Can you send us a video link so we can test?
2. Please let us know which version of IE you are testing with.
3. Is your internet explorer outputting any errors in its console?

We can then look into this for you.

Hi Sam,

Tried watching your video on IE but it is in constant loop and won’t play for me.

1. Here is a link to one of our preview videos https://www.instantetraining.com/product/b2b-social-media-generate-leads-social-media/. From my end, all I can see is a blank screen, no loop.
2. Internet Explorer 11
3. Not sure I understand the question. Could you please elaborate?

Apologies i thought your were using the WordPress plugin there a bug with jquery and IE 11 i have updated jquery everything should be working for you know.
