I had the free version of s3bubble about a month ago it worked great. When the free trial expired, I bought the proversion but now I notice my videos won’t load or play. The video player window just has the spinning white circle forever.
Also, I notice that in my dashboard it still tells me to sign up for an s3bubble account, even though I already have a paid account: http://www.screencast.com/t/25dQhv3cvqK

I even made a new app with new key and secret key but that didn’t help.
How can I fix this? I saw some other posters are suddenly having a problem with their videos loading. Is this a problem affecting the entire s3bubble service? I.e., everyone can’t get their videos to play?
