videos not loading or playing

I had the free version of s3bubble about a month ago it worked great. When the free trial expired, I bought the proversion but now I notice my videos won’t load or play. The video player window just has the spinning white circle forever.

Also, I notice that in my dashboard it still tells me to sign up for an s3bubble account, even though I already have a paid account: http://www.screencast.com/t/25dQhv3cvqK

When I run the “remote post” debug test, I get a time out error: http://www.screencast.com/t/H2wE34uor4k

I even made a new app with new key and secret key but that didn’t help.

How can I fix this? I saw some other posters are suddenly having a problem with their videos loading. Is this a problem affecting the entire s3bubble service? I.e., everyone can’t get their videos to play?

We are in contact with our host and trying to contact softlayer here is a ticket we currently have on stackoverflow.

Hi mlt34,

Apologies we have been really let down by our hosting company Media Temple who this issue was directly related to and was completely out of our hands, we have completely moved away from media temple and put everything on Amazon Web Services in a EC2 for our api hosting as it much more reliable and will prevent issues like this happening in the future.

Please delete the current plugin and then reinstall from the WordPress repo as we have pushed the latest update with the new api on Amazon.
