  Hello,
  
  many of my clients have been complaining they can’t watch videos on their phones, so I tried today and I was not able to watch any video on my Android device. The player shows up I press play but I get a black screen and the minutes are 0:00, as if there was no video at all.
  
  I tested on my computer, and the video works fine. Tested with Goggle Chrome and it works on all devices, but it won’t work neither on my phone or a few of my clients phones.
  
  I need help, please.

  Just another thing. While I was testing if the problem could be the format of the video and encoded the videos using your HLS options I noticed that the poster was not available and neither was the 240p option.
  
  At the end, even with the HLS option, the video is not playing.

  Just to check is this issue only on Android we have tested on iPhone without any issues.
  
  Could we please have the device and os if possible for Android.

  Were you asking for the device type and OS?
  If so, LG Nexus 4 with Android 5.1.1.
  As far as I know everything is up to date.

  I sent the email with the access to the platform. Various devices, all Android. Mine is a Galaxy SII and my client’s was a S6.
