    Hi Sam,
    Were you asking for the device type and OS?
    If so, LG Nexus 4 with Android 5.1.1.
    As far as I know everything is up to date.

    All done, Sam. One other question.

    Originally, I wanted to pay you months in advance but that doesn’t seem possible. Can I renew early and it will extend my time or will that cancel whatever time that’s left in that month / term. Just curious because now that I’ve upgraded, I want to stay ahead.

    Let me offer this. Would it be too much to cancel my current plan, refund the $20 I’ve already paid while I sign up for the $100 plan? Obviously, the refund wouldn’t come back right away. I’m fine with that. I just feel I shouldn’t be paying extra when the max is $100.

    I do understand that but I’ve already paid for the single user and I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks. When I go to sign up there’s no option to “upgrade” from the current plan. Like paying the extra $80 from what I’ve already paid for this month.

    Hi Sam,
    I think I’ve narrowed it down to a couple of factors on my site. From the looks of it, there was one other plugin plus caching issues playing a huge factor in the videos not working properly on mobile. I’ll search the forum for other posts but if you have any suggestions about that, I’ll greatly appreciate it.

    However, I was not able to get your advert page to work on any of my mobile devices. We have 5 phones in our house and a tablet. The video wouldn’t load on either.

    As I said before, if you have any caching or plugin conflict info, I’d love to hear / see it. That would be a tremendous help.
