That’s, because we are encouraging people to use the new setup, WordPress is a mind field to support with people installing hundreds of different plugins and installs setup etc and trying to juggle all this code together was painful, as our users base increases it just gets more complicated with every update needing to support hundred of setups, that why we are stripping the whole service right back and keeping everything as simple as possible for ongoing development so we can run one update that will sync across all platforms and setups.
If you send me a link to the site, log in and the S3bubble user I can get you setup.

We have no known issues.
What are you using? WordPress another CMS?
Do you have lots of plugins installed?

What are you trying to do did you uninstall the old plugin, and you need to reinstall it?
When you install the Oembed plugin there are no setting you just need to website connect in the S3Bubble account and you can just paste in the iframe url anywhere in a post or page and the video will display or you can use the tinymce editor button.

You should just be able to search for S3Bubble within the WordPress dashboard under plugins.
Why do you need to re install it? If you are starting with a new setup I would start by using the new setup.
