    Hi, drsprep,

    You need to modify your Media Convert template outputs.

    Open a job in Media Convert in AWS click duplicate job remove the ones you don’t need.

    Note: these are very handy for OTT streaming to cater for different bandwidth for mobile devices.

    Hi zawan_na,

    We have checked and this is the 7th time your system has been demoted due to failed payments the payment method you are using doesn’t appear to work.

    We highly suggest you move over to our usage billing to prevent this from happening this is an edge case we are not sure why your payment always fails. Go to the pricing page cancel your current account and sign up for usage billing you won’t have any downtime.

    We have unsuspended your account our system automatically does this after 3 failed payments we have increased the failed payments to 5 but you will still need to update your payment info here.

    Again please think about switching to the usage billing the demoting system is managed in house and nothing happens automatically.

    Hi, arthouseadmin,

    You will see this because you haven’t purchased the video just list it as purchased for your account.

    You can run the tests in sandbox or just set the price of your video to a small amount to test.

    Yes just think of a movie as a product setup a product and link it to your post.

    We have just achieved it like this.

    Create a new product, not a subscription product a simple product.

    Then create a membership plan and link it to this product.

    Then in your movie right at the bottom under membership select the membership you just created.

    Hi wingsinnature,

    Did you resolve this?

    I think you are using drm security if this is the case then your videos will never play through the s3bubble dashboard they will only play on the website you have set the proxy url for with the WordPress plugin.

    Have you tried changing the theme to a default one to see if it resolves your issues hosting on EC2 can be a nightmare unless you very experience in setting up and managing server environments, there are tonnes of complexities to deal with and it’s easy to mess up? Your better of using Elastic Beanstalk https://aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/ with an AWS managed setup or LightSail https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/.

    What cloud formation template did you use?

    Also what size EC2 are you running on https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/ try switching to a larger instance.

    Hi, ropeflix,

    The first thing you need to do is contact your hosting provider and find out why it is crashing.

    Who are you hosting with? try switch to the default theme and see if you still get errors?

    Also, check your server logs to find out the cause most hosting providers will help you.

    You will need a WordPress database with Lightsail.
