Regarding the empty audio hls presets after checking your account and in the same location we were able to see the presets in the audio modal making us think it is probably a cache issue which shouldn’t be the case as we have updated the version can you try again, please.

We have also removed the restriction to only encode files in the root of the bucket you can now encode audio from any location in your bucket.

Hi Patrick,

We needed to get a better understanding of who was viewing videos on google analytics here is what we did it may help.

Download the google analytics app.

Click behaviour and then select all pages.

Click the spanner icon on this page.

Select dimensions and then click the all tab.

Scroll down to traffic sources and select full referrer.

Click save.

You now have the full path saved to the dashboard.

You do not need any S3bubble plugins with the theme everything is integrated into the theme. That looks like you have installed and are trying to use our deprecated plugin?

I think you must be using our pre-release install, we still have some testing to run before we fully release.

But feel free to test, we have a fix to make the uploader work on mobile.

If you need help updating the theme to the latest version please watch this video.

To use the Amazon uploader in WordPress

Go to Appearance -> Customizer and then select AWS Media Uploader and paste in your keys (DO NOT USE YOUR MAIN KEYS).

Then add this shortcode to your page.

[streamium_uploader folder="userid" bucket="<YOUR BUCKET NAME>"]

I would create a new bucket in S3Bubble and then create a new app with Read and Put permissions and lock it down to your new bucket for security.

Then go to your bucket click actions and click (Apply uploader cors).

Again you are using a pre-release so let us know any bugs.

In one image your browser width is smaller than the other one I think that’s your issue.

If you narrow the browser on the streamium theme you will see the same thing.

Hi Kieran,

Navigate to the video in S3Bubble in the player there is a cog in the video player control bar.

The link won’t play directly in safari because it’s a playlist it needs to be managed with a player.

That is correct the video is scaling to the correct aspect ratio why would you want it full height?

Widen your browser window.

Also if you want full screen click the full screen button bottom right in control bar.
