Bug checking if your captions are showing as question marks instead of your chosen language then you need to make sure your .vtt file has the correct charset.
You can check this on a mac by running.
file -I captions.ar.vtt
You should get an output like this.captions.ar.vtt: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
As you should notice this is the wrong charset it needs to be.text/plain; charset=utf-8
To change the charset simply download sublime drag the file into it and then click file and save with charset select utf-8 the running the file -I command again to check its changed delete and re-upload this new file.!Important if you are using CloudFront please make sure you clear your cache.
Go to in S3Bubble -> AWS Services -> Cloudfront -> Actions -> Clear cache

What Android devices are you testing on? a direct link like that will not work on old Android devices can you send us a link to a player or set up a dummy page or post with a player on.

When you say updated recently we haven’t released any new updates yet we are still testing our 2018 release you can get the pre release here if you would like to test feel free.
