Having multiple player and playlist one page will cause issues you could filter these out until the users clicks into the post.
It also might be down to how the audio has been encoded is it only certain audio pieces or them all?

Just looking at their forum briefly this looks like a common issue that they need to get fixed as it is causing issues with looks of other plugins, and the more people letting them know hopefully the quicker they will release a update with a fix.

No it should work fine out the box, are you getting any errors in the console in chrome if you inspect element and refresh.

Yes you can set a global thumbnail which is explained here.

To change the preview over text you could use jquery to change it until we add it to the shortcode.
just add this to a js file or through WordPress and change the text.
jQuery(".s3bubble-media-main-preview-over-container h2").html("This is my new text");

Heads up! RTMP streaming will only work with files that do not have spaces in the filenames, and ideally are all lowercase. Please check your filenames.

I don’t seem to be having any issues please see video attached just to check the issue you are having is with Safari on mobile you cannot use the slider?
Also your website is outputting a lot of error please see image below these could all be contributing to the javascript not working correctly.

Apologies this is a really hard thing for us to bug test we cant wait 37 minutes unfortunately to test each time, i am trying to find out if there are any restrictions with safari on IOS if it works on chrome then it will not be a signing limit.
Have you tried streaming via the S3Bobble mobile app.
