We will be retailing this theme at a set price on its own or built in with the Pro Plan.

Please make sure you add a public group permission when creating your pipeline.

Also ui problems are normally down to conflicts with other media players installed on users themes we will rectify this with the next release.

If you activate the basic WordPress theme you will notice the ui should be fine it should look like below.

In Chrome right click and inspect element this will open the developer tools go to you network tab and then refresh the page and it should should you the errors you are getting.

It will normally be a 403 permission denied error meaning you need to set the permission group when creating your pipeline.

Do you mean the video thumbnails? i wouldnt suggest using S3Bubble to embed images from amazon in a post.

We have moved the play button to the top left to give focus on the main poster image rather that having the play button over the centre and it also has lots of other advantages other media players are using this approach.

You have resolved the issue above the reason the video is not playing is because you do not have php curl installed on your hosting.

Your hosting does not have PHP curl installed. Please install php curl S3Bubble requires PHP curl to work!

Contact you hosting and they should enable it for you, your video will then play.

Good point let me add to this post see if someone else can help.

The issue is with the plugin access admin-ajax.php but when the user loads the plugin this box is displayed.

After some research i found that these alerts are normally displayed due to someone password protecting the wp-admin folder .htaccess.

Thanks for updating i can see there is still a conflict issue.

You already have the framework installed in your theme i was hoping the new update would fix this i would need a login to take a closer look.

Can you please double check you upload this .zip below.

The above zip will update your cache if i view source on your website i can see it is still loading version 37 when it should be loading 39 also if you have and cache plugins installed please clear the cache on these as well.

If you would be happy to supply me with a login and send the details to support@s3bubble.com i could update this for you and then you can delete me when i am finished, the above zip should work for you tho.
