Thank you – great news about the upcoming changes.

In the mean time it would be wonderful if we can have a temporary fix today. We are launching the website tomorrow with thousands of newsletter recipients, and the moment, it looks like a mistake. Our website is using a lot of embed playlist.

We would really appreciate a fix on this.

we are launching our website on April 4th, and this really does not look without the default gloabal poster showing the audio player.
it really is a simple css fix on your part and we would really appreciate if you could fix this.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated, as well as an answer to this post.

Some files that were not working are now working.

But I still get error message for a few files. Even if the files names are very simple like talk-2.mp3

ok, I solved the problem with the Techniques folder, there were a space at the end (the folder was named “Techniques ” )

I am guessing the other problems I have with playlist from folder are also with some characters in the folder titles. Do you have any documentation on what is allow and what is not ? or pointer, or recommendations ?

Thank you for your answer, I looked at your video and followed every steps, but I got problems:

1st question: I see a video in your interface when I click on see media after encryption instead of an audio file ? could you explain ?

2nd question: Yesterday, I got a lot of error messages that my titles are too long – the error message said 40 characters maximum. Today I do not have the same error, long titles are working for encryption.

Could you please let me know if it is OK to continue with long titles ?

3rd question:
We would like to use your new audio player (soundcloud looking) with audio playlist while protecting our audios.

My understanding was to create a folder in a bucket, then audio batch the folder, encrypts the mp3 files in the folder, then in wordpress, embed the folder using your option for the beta player, and that would generate an audio playlist with protection on the audio files.

I am correct in my understanding ? I followed to the letter your video, and the player is not working: http://thechronicles2.wpengine.com/test-new-player/ (user: demo, pwd: chroni)

some embeds of folders are not working either but I open another ticket for that, still waiting for an answer.

We are really in need of your support due to the bugs and lack of documentation, we would really appreciate helps so we can use your tool.

Ok, after moe tests – I cannot see why sometimes I insert a playlist and it works and other times it does not work.

I uploaded the same files in a new folder and it worked.

I did it aa third time and it does not work.

Another folder also is not working.

Here the list of folders not working: (all in the same CTRAUDIO bucket)
1- Techniques of Mindfulness – KCL -Seven Talks – 1974 August 25-31
2- Mindfulness – KCL -Seven Talks – 1974 August 25-31
3- Techniques (this folder contains other files that are playing well in other folders)

Here a folder with the same files that are working:
4-My second test playlist (same files as # 1 and 2 folders)
5-My test playlist (same files as #3)

After further test, any folders that start with the word “Techniques” is not working properly
