Just a quick suggestion do you have any caching plugins on your website the S3Bubble plugin should pull down any new files added to your bucket on page refresh there is no caching functionality.

After searching around we found this and this looks like it maybe the cause of your problem.

One of the common errors that Amazon S3 users come across is “The difference between the requested time and the current time is too large” or “Your computer clocks are not synchronized”. This error often occurs when your computer clock is not synchronized properly. Amazon returns error code if request doesn’t come in a certain time interval.
We recommend to make sure your computer clock are set properly and http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/ can help. After synchronizing computer clock the error is usually gone.

We would suggest having everything behind a secure payment gateway which we will be offering in all our themes and using the RTMP method to secure your videos this is a great solution for secure media streaming.

Which operating system you are using Windows or Mac?

Are you upload to a folder or root folder?

What format is the video in?

There is not currently auto play option for the iframe player this is something we will need to integrate you can autoplay with the WordPress plugin you can set all the options within WordPress visual editor.

Saleem apologies we are a uk based company its 8:30am here in the UK just getting in to the office after having a quick look you are putting to many video players on one page this is not good practise maybe re think you website layout S3Bubble or any video player really is not designed to have over 8 on one page, i would suggest having a thumbnail that then goes to the video.

You should either have a single video per page or be using a video playlist for multiple videos.

I will take a look at your setup now.
