Please try using the JWPlayer setup to see if you still get issues with the player.
you could just paste the link into your browser to see how your browser handles the video completely remove the player.
On your test page http://www.aprendacom.com.br/teste-celso/ the player seems to load fine without any issues.
Most issues are always related to how the videos have been encrypted if you are using mp4’s then you can get issues if they have not been encoded correctly regarding meta data.
You can re-encode them through https://handbrake.fr/ with web optimised checked this will move the meta data to the start of the video helping with the video start time.

HLS should be your best bet for playback speed playback with an encrypted video should be exactly the same as with an unencrypted video.
Do you see any issues with playback on the http://streamiumtheme.com/
We experienced issues with Android Chrome recently try to remove the bucket policy the is an issue with Google Chrome browser, not us we are looking into the issue.

Hi Chrisell,
Yes, we had to change the functionality so you now have to click on the sidebar on waveform and then generate.
Somebody wrote a script that pings the url after login which set our system to try and convert hundreds off audio files in one go which peaked our cpu through the roof hence changing the setup sorry we cannot have people abusing the system it has a negative effect on all users.
