So we have added a new option to create S3Bubble default presets please do the following.

1. Go to https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/pipelines

2. Click view presets button on the AWS Pipeline you are using.

3. Top right click add S3Bubble defaults.

All the old presets are still there the are just listed as.

• S3Bubble4KPreset
• S3Bubble1080pPreset
• S3Bubble720pPreset
• S3Bubble480pPreset
• S3Bubble360pPreset
• S3Bubble240pPreset

You can just select these like you did with the old version. For thumbs select S3Bubble360pPreset.

Hi brazilianaire,

AWS only allows a maximum of 4 pipelines to be set, we just delete the Pipelines that are no longer needed and recreate them, deleting a Pipeline does not affect any of your content.

If you are going to encode media in a new Bucket you will need a new Pipeline for that Bucket every Folder in the Bucket can use the same Pipeline to Transcode media. One Pipeline per Bucket

For the WAF error this is just because you don’t have a WAF policy set for your IAM user any AccessDeniedException are nearly always related to permissions for your IAM user.

If you head to https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/s3 it should tell you if you are missing any required policies.

Go to the user group you setup when connecting to S3Bubble and add an AWSWAFFullAccess policy.

we have actually just pushed the release would be interested in your thoughts regarding the presets you can now create new presets use AWS set presets and we have fully opened up the Transcoder to our users no more S3Bubble only presets.

We have also tried to make the process of creating new presets as easy as possible with a copy button.

The new presets can be accessed at the https://s3bubble.com/secure/#/pipelines under the presets button.

We will have lots of new tutorials out this week explaining all the new updates but there is some awesome stuff in there.

Regarding your question we now allow you to select an output folder default is set to root but you can create a folder and select at the encoding screen.

Hi swestream,

We will pick back up on support next week we have had a big development sprint this week and have been coding away tirelessly. When we have big development sprints unfortunately, our support takes a hit purely because we don’t have the man power at the moment and the luxury of have someone dedicating their time to it yet. The devs have to pick up when and where they can.

But on the plus side coming next week.
1. fully upgraded interface to the newest AWS.
2. ability to set a global brand on video player
3. new WAF security integration (some really cool stuff can be done with this).
4. setup custom presets
5. full control over presets
6. and a load of other bug fix and updates

I will look into finding a fix for this next week.
