Hi Michelle,

Can you please download this version of the S3Bubble plugin.

If you could then deactivate and delete the current s3bubble plugin you have and then upload this version, all your settings will remain.

This should resolve your issue, please update me when you have done this so i can check.

We currently do not have shortcode for downloading a zip file only media files within the player.

You could set the file state to public and only allow logged in users to access it via a link.

Also just a quick one i have just checked your account and you do not seem to be generating any analytics so you probably have a old version of the plugin.

After checking your setup everything is setup correctly and worked fine for us, we got a response for your read only bucket. Please make sure you have the latest version of the WordPress plugin.
